row1 : ch2, 6sc in the second ch from the hook, 2sc in each loop in around , ( 12sc)
Row2 : 1sc, 2sc - repeat around ( 18sc)

close off, leave extra string long enough to fasten onto the blanket

Hands : make 2 ( 3,5mm hook)
I used 2 colours to get the white front.
Row1 ( white) : ch2, 6sc in the second ch from the hook, 2sc in each loop in around , ( 12sc)
Row2-14 (Black):  1Sc around fasten off.

Collar ;
3 rounds of a black granny square, fold together and sew on the back of the head to make the collar

 I hand sewed the eyes on. The mouth is 15 ch then sewed on, I then sewed the extra  stitches around the mouth.

Hope this is helpful :)
